Porta potty rental FAQ
Straight answers to the questions we hear most from New Jersey customers.
Booking
How do I book?
Call us at ${cfg.phoneDisplay} with your address, dates, headcount, and use.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you know your date and location. Weekends from late spring through early fall, and summer shore weekends in particular, are in demand. Short-notice requests are possible but depend on availability.
What should my rental details include?
A good rental agreement lists unit types and quantities, the rental period, servicing, delivery and pickup, and any extra fees. If something is unclear, ask us to put it in writing.
Do you publish prices?
Not on this site. Cost depends on unit type, quantity, duration, servicing, and access. Read what affects rental cost.
Units and planning
How many units do I need?
It varies by headcount, duration, and whether alcohol is served. See the sizing guide.
What is the difference between standard and deluxe units?
Deluxe units usually add comfort features such as a flush, sink, or extra space, but features vary by model. See deluxe units.
Are accessible units available?
You can request ADA-accessible units. Confirm how many your event needs with your venue or municipality.
Do I need handwashing stations?
They are strongly recommended, and expected at events with food. See handwashing stations.
Delivery, rules, and weather
Do I need a permit?
Often not for private property, but public streets, parks, and large events usually involve permission. Check with your municipality or venue. We cannot give legal advice.
Can units be placed on grass, sand, or gravel?
Usually yes if the ground is firm enough. Soft or sandy ground needs care. See the placement checklist.
What about winter?
Cold affects water and access. See the winter guide and tell us your dates.
Do you guarantee delivery times?
No. We tell you what is realistic for your location and date, and confirm windows when you call.
Still have a question?
Call us or send the details, and we will help you work out the right plan.
